Flame Retardant For PU Foam

Expandable Graphite is a very good flame retardant for all kinds of PU foam, and have a very good effect on oxygen index, and make it up to 30;

When there is a fire happen, graphite inside the PU foam will grow in size instantly hundred times, to generate a carbon layer on the burning surface, this cause further burn will need more oxygen, and the fire will stop simultaneously.
